We all get upset in life , so whats your way of getting over the bad mood. I recently read an article where a girl who was dumped by her fiance just before her marriage called all her brides maid and spoiled her wedding dress to vent out her anger. She spilled colors, did all the crazy stuff possible. In jab we met, kareena kapoor tore the pic of her boy friend to get over. Well we all have different ways so what is yours??? I personally hog on to food and play some good music.Lately i started walking and yes it does help at the same time it decreases my weight. I believe in enjoying life, troubles and tribulation are for everyone but life can't be stuck on that. So get up and play the funkiest music dance to it, you don't need to be a trained dancer just dance get a coke shake it till spills up and then dance to the tunes like a crazy eat to the fullest chocolates, ice cream, pizza and just enjoy because you get life only once and why spend it mourning it when we can spend the same life enjoying it the most.
